Therefore I divide my life into two parts synchronized with each other. An indispensable Yin-Yang.

 The first part of my life I lived it entirely wrong. Wanting to reach perfection; competing with others. Wanting to be a perfect mother, a daughter, a wife, a friend, and devoted my time and energy on how others will evaluate me. 

And again I was unhappy, always concentrating only on the black point in the white paper. Complaining, exhausting and stressing myself, my mind, my body until I came to a degree when I hated everyone and everything, including myself.

    1. You’re welcome. I firmly believe in positive thinking so hearing your story solidified my beliefs.

      Now if only I could convince my mom to stop ‘ingesting’ so much news from all over the world then I think she’ll be less stressed. She’s a CNN addict. She’s glued to the news 24/7 and is consumed with worry. It’s very disturbing.

      1. That is what TVs want. To plant us the feeling of fear. 30 minutes bad news, 5 minutes something good happeing in the world, but in real its the opposite. Its been 5 years that I dont even turn on TV and my life has improved, also practicing P.TH has brought miracles into my life and I really grateful. 😀
