Daydreaming…

Images of her handsome love
Keep swirling round her head,
His face, his smile, his loving eyes,
Those quirky things he said.

The way he knows her inside out
It floors her everytime,
Yet he keeps finding interesting ways
To get inside her mind.

He makes her dig deep into her soul
Searching for her truth,
Her layers he unwraps delicately,
His magic touch is absolute.

She does’t know why she met him
One day time will reveal it all,
But until then she’s delighted to know
Into his arms she’d like to fall.

  1. I really enjoy the playful spirit of this one. The way you finish it leaves room for future emotions. I like that too, because it would certainly give your “character” hope. Much light and blessings to you. Keep up the fabulous writing.

I liked your poem on the first read, but I’ll read again just in case I missed dose thing.
